Minner holds the distinction of being the first pitcher to throw under the lights in a World Series game, turning the trick in 1949. A Cardinal killer throughout his career, Minner posted a 21-8 record against the Redbirds. Only two Minners exceed this example--a PSA 8.5 and a PSA 9 with a qualifier.
