In his first Major League season of 1907, rookie Pittsburgh pitcher Nick Maddox tabbed an impressive 5-1 record along with a miniscule 0.83 ERA. He allowed just 32 hits in 54 innings, and on September 20 became the youngest twirler to ever toss a no-hitter, a record that stands to this day. The presented E95 example has been graded SGC VG/EX 4 and has been bested by just 6 superiors from 70 on record.
